Un petit studio cosy
Il manque un coin fauteuil (ou un gros pouf) pour se détendre autour d’un livre. La chaise n’est pas confortable.

Clean nice room, equipment and wifi nice. Checkin and out and communication effective, quick.
Non of the below info was included in description: 1. be aware that the flat is in pedestrian district, if you have a lot of luggage you will need to walk with it (not far though) 2. flat is on topmost floor - 3-4 tall floors, no elevator, narrow, difficult stairs. It was hard-work to take my suitcase up 3. flat is for smokers - the smell is quite horrible. The window was open (january) most likely to decrease smell but flat smells like old ash-tray. Perfect for smokers, hard to tolerate for non-smokers. Don't get me wrong - price and localisation so good I would have taken this even if I know the above info! But if you know you can be ready for it and not get surprised standing under the staircase or smelling when you open the door... Bathroom equipment - shower almost falling apart... this is not expensive to put up a new one...
