The location is lovely, we have a dog, and so we had plenty of walks around the canal and other beauty spots like the Lickey Hills. The accomodation is comfortable and suited our needs well. It is close to all our family and there are plenty of places to visit nearby. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Overall, a good place to stay and relax.
The water pressure in the bathroom could be better, especially in the shower. The television kept switching to google every 20 minutes, which was a bit of a nuisance. Maybe, take an Amazon firestick in the future as that might help. The outer door locks could do with some attention. Maybe, some oil.

Very clean and modern. Good location for the event we attended
The pillows were too hard. Could have a selection of hard and soft. Need to be agile to negotiate the stairway. We were fine but not suitable for everyone.

The apartment is small and very convenient, with lots of space and well equipped. The noise from the pub below is dampened and the pub closes quite early so it is quiet. The train station is very close by, there is a nice big car park at the marina and you can take a nice walk alongside the canal.
The wifi is accessed via an 'enter your email for 2 hours free system.' No voucher codes were given for access to the wifi indefinitely during the stay. Despite being 2 hours free wifi, by the end of the week, the wifi would disconnect after 30 minutes.
