Расположение - отличное. 500 метров до сквера с Бейтереком, парки через реку. Квартира просторная, хорошая планировка, удобное относительно достопримечательностей расположение . Предоставили детскую кроватку, правда, мы ей не воспользовались. Квартира чистая, во дворе -детская площадка, Окна выходят во двор. Приятное постельное белье, чистые полотенца предоставлены. Отличное место в качестве апартаментов.
Есть небольшие недочеты в ремонте, где-то вода подтекает из окна - остаются следы, где-то обои отклеились, дверь в гардеробную сломана, просто проем остался. Посуда , в целом, чистая, но на многих предметах есть въевшийся жир - на лопатках, сковороде. вилках и т.д., старые разделочные доски. Кухня не идеально очищена. К сожалению парковки нет - нужно оплачивать общественную (1200 тг/сут). Вокруг только небольшие магазинчики, супермаркетов не нашел, но, нужно не забывать, что есть доставка продуктов.
