Le logement n’etait pas correctement néttoyé: des cheveux dans la salle bain, les pales du seul ventilateur poussiereuses, les joints de la salle de bain sales, certains murs grisatres. L’appartement merite un raffraichissement.

L'emplacement et 3 couchages. Réactivité du propriétaire.
L'entretien général de l'appartement qui pourtant pourrait être un joyau. le four est très sale, les tiroirs et le frigo ainsi que le congélateur nécessitent un nettoyage, manque d'ustensiles également, douche à nettoyer, calcaire à enlever sur les robinets et pommeau de douche, branchement eau chaude et froide inversé. Ampoule à changer, humidité avec vmc à nettoyer et circulation d'air à créer. Déception pour cette location.
