The location was perfect.
The TV was unsatisfactory. We wanted to see the Olympics on NBC but try as we might we could not get the standard NBC show. There were no instructions either.

The Location was fabulous! The beds are comfortable. Lots of Perfect bedroom spaces for our family! We Loved the outdoor rockers and chairs on the patio decks!! I Also loved that there weren’t steps off deck this space makes it great for families with kids or pets to not have to worry about the steps and everyone can just enjoy the open outdoor space! The Home was spacious close to town but Quiet and private it’s a Great location! Easy private beach access across the road. Such Beautiful views front and back of property . Pet friendly neighbors. Given a First supply of toilet paper and paper towels, dish soap, trash bags and hand soap. Lots of towels for showers. Decent supply of pans, a coffee pot, and utensils. I would definitely stay here again! I love that it’s pet friendly and the family gathering spaces are nice and open. Lots of Room to play games and hangout on rainy days. Love that it had a laundry facilities as well as a large kitchen space! Would also be helpful to have printed rental instructions at house.. no idea where trash chute was or how to use the trash compactor.. (no bag in it)
This is more for helpful reference! I liked this rental but have rented lots of vacation homes and have come to appreciate the little things people do that go a long way and things too that I see as a hazard. There are Lots of wood steps (that need fixed, couple trip hazards) the home is not very accessible with the elevator not working efficiently! Someone did come out to look at it and he did get it to work but he even had trouble with the door opening so it was sketchy, and we were afraid to get stuck. The dining room glass table NOT friendly!! Sharp edges that we scraped our legs on, this would not be kid or pet friendly FYI!! There is a chunk out of a corner making it even more sharp!! We actually had to cover it with a sheet to protect our legs!! This table really needs a foam bumper or updated rental friendly table. The dining room table and chairs are not sturdy, No support under the cushions the supports are gone! Kitchen Could use some mixing bowls and bit better selection of pans for cooking seafood, and breakfast. No actual coffee or tea, or spices for cooking just random pans/ utensils. We left salt and pepper we bought hoping this starts a ripple supply of seasonings for this rental as more guests leave cooking spices. The grill is charcoal not gas! Ugh! There are Only two foldable camp chairs for the beach. The Home has no games or books or puzzles or a beach wagon( glad we brought ours) and lack of beach chairs. That means more things to pack for a renter trying to keep kids/adults entertained on a rainy day! The Garages are there but kind of felt like it was more a personal storage space with car and boat etc…we didn’t rummage through even though we did have access to garage, just not well organized or inviting. Two Camp chairs the easiest thing to access! The house does need some updates/repairs for sure especially bathroom showers and deck very outdated and deck boards need replaced…which I’m sure they are aware.
