Ridiculous 200€ deposit, but otherwise okay 👍

Within walking distance from the Bad Goisern train station. Plenty of outside parking places. Generally clean rooms and okay maintained. Spatious apartment. Nice views all around the house.

200€ deposit is ridiculous, plus the fact that we have to pay it via a 'scam' looking like website, which not even Booking.com knew about. Fortunetely it was not a scam. No staff at all to be seen around. All messages are automated which unfortunately again looks like a scam, however it's a real property. No coffee or tea provided, so bring your own. Radiators were set to zero, so we had to turn them on ourselves.

The dirtiest apartments I've seen in Europe. There's trash in the corner of the room from old guests. The kettle is so dirty you can't even touch it. The whole room is not clean. Is that why the hotel is very noisy from the very morning, the maids are vacuuming and the soundproofing is very low. It's funny that for such poorly maintained low-class rooms they also ask for a deposit when checking in!!!!! and filling out a bunch of unnecessary forms that take up time. They write many times in all possible messengers and from the evening and in the morning what time we have to move out and other things. I know all this! And it all takes up a lot of my time and in general the impression is terrible...

There were great views from our room, looking out over the Alps.

Really enjoyed our stay and loved the two bedroom apartment. The interiors and furnishings were beautiful. We had car parking within the premises, which made everything very easy. There were great views from our room, looking out over the Alps. I only wish we’d had more time to spend here. It was a clean and cozy home, and my family really enjoyed it.

Kitchen could be better equipped with more utensils. Some kind of board games for the kids to enjoy.

A nice stay at the Austrian Alps near Hallstatt

The location was great. Walkable from the Bad Goisern Railway station. Easy to find through google maps. It was close to some nice hiking trails too.

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Maria Theresia in Bad Goisern. Everything was perfect - the place was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The self check-in was easy, and the location was beautiful. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it!

Wonderful place with a beautiful view (+balcony), clean and spacious apartment! Big free parking just in front of the building. We also had the opportunity to use a kitchen downstairs and there were washing and drying machines as well.

We didn’t like the deposit part which was additional 200€ for unexpected damage and we will only get back the money in 7 days.

Hidden fees and a significant damage deposit made for a frustrating experience with this property.

Room was fine

Our recent stay was quite problematic due to an issue with the damage deposit. We've booked with this property before without incident, so we were surprised to find a new requirement for a damage deposit that was a very high percentage of the total booking cost. This made us quite uncomfortable, and we tried to cancel within an hour of booking, but our request was denied. We reluctantly paid the deposit to avoid losing the entire booking cost, after being assured it would be fully refunded within 7 days of checkout. However, eight days after checkout, we still hadn't received it. We had to proactively reach out to the host, which makes us wonder if we would have gotten our money back otherwise. To make matters worse, when the refund finally came, it was for a slightly lower amount than we paid. When we asked about the difference, the host initially tried to blame our bank for transaction fees, which isn't true for refunds. After we pressed the issue, they admitted the fee was deducted by their payment gateway. This was completely unexpected as we were never informed of any transaction fees, whether on the booking page, the payment page, or in any communication from the host. The host mentioned a link with this information, but we were never directed to review it, and frankly, we couldn't find any details about these fees anywhere they referenced. It feels both unfair and misleading to apply a non-refundable transaction fee to a damage deposit, which is supposed to be returned in full. We've used booking.com for thousands of reservations and have never encountered such an unhelpful and misleading host. We hope this review helps others avoid a similar experience.

Highly recommend

Was a bit nervous about the contactless check-in, but everything went super smoothly with clear instructions. The host was really attentive and checked in to make sure we were okay. Room was clean, cozy, and the view from the balcony was amazing. Loved having a kettle and coffee machine! There’s also a kitchen and washing machine, which is perfect if you're staying longer. The town is quiet and lovely. Totally recommend!

Mostly as expected

The contacless check-in worked seamlessly. The room was clean and had everything we had expected. Nothing more than that, nothing less.

The room had a strange smell to it, which was only really noticable the moment you entered, but I still thought I'd mention it. The kitchen had room for improvement. Old appliances, disorganized tableware and next to no ingredients on hand. The biggest bummer: no salt or pepper. After signalling that to the host, they provided us with the not-so-helpful and possibly sarcastic response that we could easily buy those items at the local supermarket.

Krásný apartmán, v ložnici naprosto skvělé spaní, top matrace, měkké, ale připadala jsem si jak princezna, tak krásně jsem se dloho nevyspala. Bělostné voňavé povlečení, nádhera. Na obsluhu všeho zařízení poskytnuty návody, bezkontaktní chek-in, přijeli jsme v noci, takže super, bez stresu, zda někdo bude na předání klíčů. Dostatek úložných prostor. V objektu je pračka, sušička, společenská mísnost, společná kuchyň - nevyužili jsme, ale přišlo mi to fajn pro skupinu lidí. Dostupnost obchodu, restaurací. Lyžařské středisko Dachstein West 25 minut jízdy autem.

Málo nádobí v kuchyni pro pět osob, čistota nebyla úplně 100% (například v koutech a u krajů špína). Nám zrovna šíleně páchnul odpad na WC. Rozkládací gauč - neumím si představit, že tam spí dva lidi, nebylo by asi úplně pohodlné na plnohodnotné spaní na více nocí. Na fotkách u inzerce to vypadá, že je dům na samotě na louce, není tomu tak - matoucí foto, měli jsme problém se zorientovat a najít. Je uprostřed vesnice.

Комунікація з готелем була жахлива тому що мене змушували заплатити додатково 400 євро завдаток хоча я вже заплатила 200 євро, близько години вирішували це питання і готель прийшов до висновку що вони помилилися. Номер був дуже брудний, пліснява в ванній, неприємний запах «старості» та каналізації, матраси жахливі тому що зовсім не ортопедичні , спиш як в гамаку , на деяких ліжках матрац був менший за розміри ліжка (його не вистачало по довжині), в номері є кавоварка проте капсули були відсутні, не розумію сенсу цих кавоварок якщо відсутні капсули, в одній з кавоварок була використана капсула , тобто вони були брудні, чайник також був брудний з накипом води. Дуже брудні душеві кабінки (наліт від води не мився ніколи) а саме скляні стінки . Чуже волосся на раковині та туалеті , поодиноке сміття на підлозі

Die Mängelliste in der Wohnung ist und war lang, Tisch war am Wackeln und ist irgendwann zusammengebrochen, Großteil der Stühle wackelig. Geschirr dreckig, unvollständig, generell eher sehr unsauber und eher eklig. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Kühlfach vollkommen vereist, wir haben es enteist und noch Sachen von Vormietern gefunden, etc.

Zimmer wahr schön warm, auch beim Duschen war das Wasser warm.

Matratze kürzer als Bett. Sehr viel Staub im Bettzeukasten unter Bett. Vorhänge: die farbigen zu kurz und zu wenig breit. WC mit viel Urinstein. Familie mit 2 Kindern konnten bei ihrer Anreise die Türe für ihr Zimmer nicht öffnen und kein Mensch war erreichbar. Die Familie musste eine andere Unterkunft buchen.

Bardzo przyjemny, bezobsługowy pensjonat. Atrakcyjna cena za dwupokojowy apartament, dwoje dorosłych i dwoje dzieci. W apartamencie dwie łazienki, pokoje duże przestronne i bardzo wygodne oraz słoneczne. Wyposażona kuchnia, z kuchenką ekspresem do kawy, zmywarka i lodówka. Meble i urządzenia nowe i zadbane. Do dyspozycji pralnia na parterze z pralką i suszarka, oraz duża jadalnia na spotkanie ze współlokatorami. Obiekt ogólnie zadbany, duża ilość miejsc parkingowych. Pobierana jest kaucji w wysokości 200€, ponoć zwracana do 7 dni. Nam zwrócono po 3 dniach od wyjazdu. Klucze odbierasz ze skrytki. Kontakt z obsługą przez whatsapp. Bardzo polecamy. Z pewnością jeszcze skorzystamy!

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft. Ok. ausgestattet und für ein paar Nächte top.

Wir haben das Zimmer zum Sonderpreis gebucht. Das Zimmer ist ok, das Haus ist leise und man findet alles vor was man braucht. Es gibt keinen Fernseher aber für 2 Nächte passt das. Wlan ist schnell genug. Dirkt vor dem Haus gibt es kostenlose Parkplatze. Eine Küche zur allgemeinen Nutzung ist vorhanden, wenn auch spärlich ausgestattet. Zum Sonderpreis für 2 Nächte gut. Zum regulären Preis (der bei Booking als Streichpreis angezeigt wird) sicherlich zu teuer.

Die Abwicklung der Kaution sowie der Checkin Prozess ist etwas umständlich. Die Nutzung der Küche war in der Buchung nicht zu erkennen und musste erst per Mail erfragt werden. Insgesamt wirkt alles ein wenig abgegriffen. Die Fugen im Bad sind leicht schimmelig. Das Bett ist brutal weich; ich kann nicht sagen ob die Matratze so weich sein soll oder ob die in die Jahre gekommen ist. Insgesamt für den Preis trotzdem akzeptabel.

רואים שהם לא חשבו על הכל עד הסוף, אין כלים נוחים לשימוש במטבח ואין תאורה במרפסת. המקלחת הוצפה כולה כי הפתח של המקלחת היה סתום, ברגע שביקשנו עזרו לנו עם זה ואז לא היה בעיה. הדלת של המקלחת לא נסגרה עד הסןף ובכללי היה קשה לסגור אותה כי היא מעץ והמים כנראה ניפחו אותה.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt nach außerordentlichen Buchungsstress

Sehr schöne Zimmer, Alles Top in Ordnung

Das Buchungssystem über Whats App Self Check in ist wirklich eine extreme Zumutung. Die Kreditkarte wurde abgelehnt, weil ich nicht innerhalb kürzester Zeit wusste, was ich zuletztr mit dieser Kreditkate bezahlt habe. Bei der Ablehnung der Kreditkarte wurde die Personenzahl von 3 auf 2 geändert. Nach der Buchung wäre eine Stornierung nur bei Bezahlung des vollen Buchungspreises möglich. Man ist also im Zugzwang und kommt nicht mehr heraus. Nach der Buchung wird eine Kaution von 200€ fällig. Für die nun fällige Bezahlung der Kaution durch Klarna (zweite Bezahlung nach der Buchung) wurde eine Videoidentifikation mit Ausweis zwangweise notwendig, sonst wären alle Bezahlungen fällig. Nun musste ich noch einen Antrag für die mitreisende 3. Person stellen, sowohl bei Booking.com als auch bei Oidahome und 40€ Mehrkosten für die 3.Person bezahlen. Es hat alles geklappt, aber der Vorgang war 2 Stunden Stress.

La posizione buona, vicina ai servizi, pulito, cmq appartamento nuovo con tutti i confort.

Non mi piace in generale la mancanza delle tende nelle finestre e la veranda in bella vista davanti all'ingresso di facile entrata per chiunque, vetri sottilissimi, a mio avviso pericolosa.

Acomodação não tem nada que gostei

Acomodação distante, mal iluminada e com falta de segurança. O check-in, feito via WhatsApp, dificultou ainda mais a estadia, levei mais de 30 minutos para conseguir abrir a porta, pois as instruções estavam incorretas. O quarto era extremamente quente, sem ar-condicionado, e o chuveiro estava quebrado. Permaneci apenas uma noite, pois cheguei tarde, mas optei por deixar o local no dia seguinte devido a todos esses problemas. Além disso, não é possível cancelar a estadia, e ainda foi cobrada uma taxa de €200 para possíveis danos, o que considero inaceitável, especialmente quando até redes de hotéis mais reconhecidas não exigem esse tipo de cobrança. A acomodação está longe de oferecer o mínimo de conforto e qualidade esperados. Experiência totalmente decepcionante.

Konum olarak sakin bir noktada hemen yanında belediye havuzu var 2 gün fazla kalıp havuzda eğlenilebilir. Hallstatt için gelmiştik yakın bir lokasyonda sakin bir kasaba olarak burayı keşfettik. Biraz araştırma yaparak 1 hafta tatil yapılabilir çok beğendik.

Unterkunft nur für junge Leute die sich online auskennen

Die Lage war gut , auch dass genug Parkplätze vorhanden waren, aber dass man wenn man vor Ort eine Kaution ONLINE zahlen muss , sonst bekommt Mann den Code vom Schlüsselkasten nicht, das ist fast schon Erpressung.

Achtung, hier wird eine Onlinekaution verlangt wenn man den Code braucht für den Schlüsseltresor. Man kommt hin, parkt das Auto, geht zur Eingangstür, die ist versperrt, auf der Türe ein großer Zettel, zum Einchecken die angegebene Nummer anrufen, vermutlich in Indien schreibt dir jemand einen Text auf Englisch und dass 207 Euro an Kaution zu zahlen ist. 7 Euro sind Spesen, 200 Euro bekommt man zurück wenn alles im Zimmer passt. Du musst einen Beweis schicken dass du das Geld überwiesen hast. Erst dann bekommst du den Code für den Schlüssel. Wenn das Zimmer wieder in Ordnung vermutlich von der Putzfrau aufgefunden wurde bekommst du pünktlich die 200 Euro Retour Bei mir hat das funktioniert.

Enttäuschend

Wir waren vor 4 Jahren schon mal da, die Lage ist super, das Apartment grundsätzlich auch. Leider wurde das Haus seit Neuübernahme total heruntergewirtschaftet und lieblos behandelt. Sehr, sehr schade.

Sowohl Haus als auch Apartment wurden schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt. Essensreste am klebrigen Boden, Oberflächen wurden nicht gewischt, das Bad war dreckig (Flecken überall), Oberflächen auf Küchenschränken waren widerlich anzugreifen. Kaffeemaschine hat nicht funktioniert, Kühlschrank mussten wir erstmal abtauen, damit er kühlt, Geschirr war schmutzig (Geschirrspüler hat auch nicht richtig gereinigt, wir haben dann von Hand abgewaschen). Auf Nachfrage wurden Brösel halbherzig auf die Seite gekehrt und wir bekamen wir neue 2 Pfannen. Weder in Afrika, Asien noch in Europa haben wir jemals eine dermaßen grausliche Bleibe erwischt. Laufend gab es neue Gäste, die mit dem Check-In nicht zurecht gekommen sind. Kommunikation mit einem Chat-Bot über WhatsApp. Alles in allem keine Empfehlung, außer Sie bringen Reinigungsutensilien (kein Besen etc. vorhanden) und sind bereit zu Beginn ihres Urlaubs einmal einige Stunden zu putzen...

Aus 3 Nächte wurde nur eine. 😔🤮

Wir haben 3 Nächte gebucht und sind nach der ersten Nacht wieder abgereist. Zimmer waren nicht gereinigt. An Oberflächen, Dusche und am Boden waren Haare. Siphon von Dusche war auch voll damit. Beim Waschbecken waren Spritzer von Zahnpasta und ein eigenartiges kleines Fetzerl vom WC-Papier klebte am Waschtisch. Wir wendeten uns über den KI gesteuerten WhatsApp Kontakt an die Unterkunft, die das Reinigungspersonal in der Zeit wir Abendessen waren schickte und haben selbst schon Teile des Badezimmers gereinigt so das wir selbst zumindest duschen konnten. Das Resultat war das nur der Siphon gereinigt wurde. War sehr ärgerlich. Wir versuchten uns nochmals an die Unterkunft zu wenden, was weder telefonisch noch über den KI WhatsApp Kontakt funktionierte. Schlussendlich hofften wir das die Bettwäsche wenigstens frisch ist und blieben eine Nacht. Zimmer sind außerdem sehr hellhörig. Am Morgen reisten wir ab. Geld bekamen wir trotz Anfrage nicht zurück. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.
