Unfortunately we did not have a chance to stay for breakfast. We were traveling for a sporting event and our schedule was not compatible with that.
Everything was fine, swimming pool very valuable (and very clean) because of the intense heat these days, no major problem at all.
Unfortunately the property does not have a real kitchen facility. If you are planning to go out for food each single time you eat this is ok, but if you need a minimum kind of logistic support during your stay (I was there with my kids primarily for a sport event), this limitation can be non trivial to overcome.

L’accueil était au top . La dame de la maison d’hôte c’est levé à 5 h30 pour faire le petit déjeuner de tout les coureurs . Parking public à proximité . Piscine agréable après des heures en voirure
La route un peu bruyante mais c’est largement supportable .
