Klein min puntje was dat we op een gegeven moment geen warm water meer hadden, nu was dit nog geen ramp door de warmte buiten.

Perfect stay. Ada was a great host. Nice room, good size and amazing view of the city from the terrace. Very silent room even though its in the city center! I would return for sure:)

Perhaps the terrace could be more inviting. A nice table with a few chairs to enjoy the sunset and have a glass of wine would be great.

Disappointing stay – Not as advertised. DO NOT RECOMMEND! The apartment is definitely not what is shown in the photos. It is much smaller, uncomfortable, and severely worn down. It is located in the attic of an old building—which is understandable for the Old Town of Olbia—but it seems the place hasn't seen any refresh, maintenance, or renovation since it started being rented out. Here are the main issues we experienced: Extremely cramped: The room is tiny. Once you open your suitcases, there is literally nowhere to step. Poor condition & broken amenities: The curtains are practically falling apart, and the clothes drying rack on the balcony is so rusted it is completely unusable. Unacceptable hygiene: The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned after the previous guests. To make matters worse, we were provided with a baby cot that had unwashed, vomit-stained sheets. Poor AC layout & invasion of privacy: The air conditioner is mounted directly above the bed, making it very uncomfortable to use. Even worse, while we were out, someone entered the apartment to turn off the AC to save energy, which is a major privacy concern. Host issues & payment problems: The host insisted strictly on cash for the tourist tax and completely refused to issue me an invoice. Save yourself the trouble. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
