Kooba Villas

Es war so sauber, wir hatten alles was wir brauchteb wirklich im badezimmer und in der küche alles war da.

Einmal hatten wir kurz eine weniger gute erfahrung mit dem personal also 90% war super und überdurchschnittlich nett aber halt 2 personen waren mal nicht so so nett aber das ist okey.

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Dioni verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist modern und wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist super, man hat hier auch an die kleine Details gedacht. Der Pool ist groß genug und war auch sehr sauber. Der gesamte Außenbereich war sehr gut gepflegt, sodass man sich hier wohlfühlen kann. Der private Parkplatz vor der Villa ist sehr bequem, sodass man das Gepäck vom Auto direkt ins Haus abladen kann. Man bekommt auch eine Fernbedienung für das Einfahrtstor und kann ganz bequem in die Anlage mit dem Auto rein und raus fahren. Man erhält auch einen Code und Schlüsselkarten für die Villa, sodass jeder einen Schlüssel/Zugang für die Unterkunft hat und kein Schlüssel geteilt werden muss. Obwohl die Villa sich auf der zweiten Reihe von der Beach Bar befindet, bekommt man kaum Lärm mit. Man kann von der Beach Bar Speisen und Getränke bestellen, diese werden dann direkt in die Villa geliefert. Der Strand sowie Liegen waren auch sehr gepflegt und angenehm. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat bei jedem Anliegen geholfen.

My family (two adults and one child) stayed at Kooba Villas for two weeks in mid-July, and we had a fantastic experience. We stayed in the "Aktis" villa. There are three villas in the complex, and ours was the closest to the shore, though all of them are located right next to a huge, beautiful sandy beach. The villa has three floors and two full bathrooms. There are two large bedrooms with double beds, as well as a spacious living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with just about everything you need. We only cooked breakfast at home occasionally, which worked out perfectly for us. I have to mention the gorgeous view of the beach and sea specifically from this villa. Every room has its own terrace with beautiful views, and the villa is fully air-conditioned, so sleeping was always comfortable. I want to highlight the main feature of the house: the pool. First of all, the pool is genuinely large. We have stayed in various villas before, and this is the biggest private pool we have come across. The water is not chlorinated; it is saltwater. This means there is no chlorine smell on your swimsuits, which is a huge plus to avoid harsh chemicals, especially for kids or people with sensitive skin. There is a lot of space around the pool, including soft sunbeds for six people, two lovely wicker chairs with a table, and a gorgeous olive tree that adds a great local touch. The pool was always clean, and the staff came by to maintain it regularly. We also asked if the pool could be heated so we could swim late at night, and they kindly agreed. This was such a warm and thoughtful gesture. They checked in with us every day to make sure everything was okay, which really showed that everyone working here loves their job and wants to ensure guests take home only the best memories. We truly appreciated that.

VERY Noisy late into the early hours of the morning (4am) from the Bar. The two bedrooms although very nice and modern are not separated adequately for sound or light. A glass partition allows TV light and sound etc to be easily heard from one room to the other.
