Olive and Sea Villas

Das Haus ist schön, zweckmässig eingerichtet mit einigen coolen Finessen, wie z.B. Trinkwasser ab Boiler, Eismaschine usw. Der Pool ist der Hammer, super gross und war perfekt für uns. Wir mussten allerdings 50 Euro pro Tag zahlen damit der Pool beheizt wurde, was wir etwas übertrieben fanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat hervorragend geklappt und es wurde alles immer sofort erledigt, wenn man ein Anliegen hatte.

Die Zimmer sind eher klein und die Badezimmer sehr klein so das nach dem Duschen das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser stand. Auch gibt es zu wenig Ablageflächen in den Schlafzimmern und viel zu wenig Platz um Kleider aufzuhängen. Auch wussten wir nicht wohin mit unseren Koffern. Mein Mann hat die ganzen 13 Tage seine Kleider im Koffer gelassen. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch ausgestattet, wir haben Geschirrtücher und Putzlappen selber gekauft. Über eine Zitruspresse (auch eine billige aus Plastik) hätten wir uns sehr gefreut. (Als kleine Anregung). Auch beim Entrée hat es gar keine Ablageflächen und Haken um eine Jacke aufzuhängen. Wir haben alles auf dem Esstisch platziert. Im Sommer mag das gehen, aber im Herbst wenn es kühler wird und man eine Jacke braucht, fehlt es leider.

A fantastic property within walking distance of shops, restaurants and beaches. Me and my family stayed here for a week and had a fantastic stay, would come back. It’s hard to find villas within walking distance of towns in Crete and this was perfect.

The villa was amazing. It is quite close to Psaromoura Beach (about a 6-minute walk), and there are also some great tavernas in the area. The rooms, yard, and pool were all super clean. There are two villas in the same yard, but you still have a strong sense of privacy since they are separated by a tall fence. What I especially liked about the bedrooms was that each one has its own private bathroom. The check-in procedure was super easy, and there was plenty of parking space available if you arrive by car.

A half-bath/guest toilet on the ground level of the villa would have been nice so you don't have to climb the stairs every time you need to use the bathroom.

The villa has everything you could ever need on a vacation. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped. The bathrooms, although on the smaller side, they are more than sufficient for what you would need on a vacation. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the terraces a lot and the pool of course, which was very clean and the perfect temperature. The drinkable water faucet from the kitchen was a huge plus, not having to buy water from the supermarket. We also made a little friend🐈, who made sure no intruder got in while we were away. Everything really was perfect. Couldn’t have been more lucky to spend our vacation here!
