Nice size apartment with hot running water a good shower and good aircon.

Its very remote and not any good for nightlife, coffee, no pubs, only a couple of restaurant's within a mile, nowhere for breakfast. The TukTuk boys were not happy to go that far from Fort Kochi. Take plenty of mosquito spray.

The communication with the host was good

We were 6 friends and in the property description it says there are 2 double beds and 2 sofa beds but the sofa beds were camp beds which weren't set up yet when we arrived, the guy did then put them up for us but seemed unorganized and disappointing when you're expecting a sofa bed. The communal rooms kitchen/living room didn't have an Aircon, just fans so it was very warm and there were a lot of mosquitos and no repellent or plugs were provided. In comparison most other properties we stayed either had plugs or provided repellent. The bedrooms did at least have Aircon and were clean. They also only provided two small toilet rolls for 6 people for 2 nights. When we asked he did being us kitchen roll but by then we'd already brought some of our own. It was also not very clean, the kitchen utensils were dirty and the walls were generally unclean and there were ants. Overall we found it overpriced for what it was. For a lower price it would have been okay but the standards don't match the price.
