It is a lovely, well-run place. It looks gorgeous and Charlotte is very caring and forthcoming.

Very knowledgeable hosts who provided a map and history of the local area. They provided great tourist advice/recommendations on where to shop and where to visit. Clean rooms, great facilities and fantastic location. Also helped arrange transport from the airport.
Beds are quite firm - I don't mind, but this can be a problem for those not used to it. Really no complaints though.

Great location, the rooms got turned down well.
We requested a ground floor room due to mother’s incapacity to handle stairs, however to access the dining hall she had to negotiate 32 steps twisting up in direction and this was a struggle for her. Meals weren’t available for room service or any ground floor service areas. Daughter of the family quite rude and unsympathetic to a number of our concerns. Some of the facilities in the room not working eg TV and some electrical sockets, as well as daily construction noise next to our rooms.
