Bagno principale comodo e spazioso e ricco di comfort, cucina e sala da pranzo ottimali e la stanza al piano di sopra essenziale per 4 persone.
Forse la posizione non è delle migliori data la distanza, neanche eccessiva comunque, dal centro di Messina (in 15 minuti si raggiunge il centro senza problemi).

La posizione era ottima per chi vuole visitare Messina e dintorni. Il proprietario molto disponibile soprattutto a dare dritte suo posti da visitare.
La casa avrebbe bisogno di un po' più di manutenzione e cura nei dettagli... soprattutto per quanto riguarda la pulizia Ma ha un bel potenziale soprattutto per chi ha intenzione di soggiornare per una settimana o più. Tutto sommato considerando il prezzo ci sta.
