R&R residencies

This place is absolutely awesome! It has everything you need, including an iron, a kitchen, accessible facilities, a clean washroom, good air conditioning, and a comfortable queen-size bed. The place is so cozy and comfortable, and it has exceeded my expectations!

I’m very disappointed with this booking experience. I booked the accommodation for two days at an expected cost of around LKR 13,000, but upon arrival, I was asked to pay approximately LKR 15,000, including an additional charge of around LKR 1,800 described as a broker fee. These extra charges were not clearly disclosed on the booking page or in the booking confirmation. Another issue was that I did not receive the correct change after paying. This lack of transparency made me feel misled and uncomfortable. The facilities were also below my expectations. The Wi-Fi was advertised as free, but it barely worked, and the television channels were not functioning properly. The available iron and other facilities were not of the quality I expected either. Overall, I’m unhappy with the unexpected charges, the lack of transparency, and the poor quality of the facilities. I strongly recommend that the booking platform investigate these issues and ensure that accommodation providers clearly disclose all charges upfront. Customers should not have to face unexpected fees or misleading information after arriving at their accommodation.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!
