La Regina di Spaccanapoli

Location is right in the middle of the historic (touristic) centre. From here you can walk most places you’d want to visit, also the metro is close. The apartment is an Italian work of art. It’s super clean, there is a queen size bed and a small balcony to enjoy the busy street below. Gennaro is the most helpful host I’ve ever experienced while traveling. Napoli is an amazing city to visit and I would highly recommend to stay at La Regina di Spaccanapoli.

The lack of electrical outlets next to the bed for the charging of your phone. It does get quite noisy at night, despite the isolated windows. Earplugs are provided. (On the other hand: the Oak bar around the corner is worth visiting - if you enjoy good wine and craft beer).

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Gennaro ist ein außergewöhnlich freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der sich hervorragend um seine Gäste kümmert und jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung steht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gepflegt und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist perfekt. Hier erlebt man Neapel von seiner authentischen Seite und kann das echte Leben der Stadt kennenlernen. Gleichzeitig sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft jedem, der Neapel besuchen möchte, und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Gennaro, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! 😊

Ho avuto la fortuna di alloggiare con la famiglia da "La Regina di Spaccanapoli". Dico fortuna, certo che si! Cerco una soluzione dal 30 maggio al 2 giugno, per 4 persone e la nostra cagnolina. Inserisco i dati e mi appare una struttura, con prezzo top ed una valutazione di 9.9. Mai visto! E con tante recensioni che spulcio attentamente. È reale, guardo le foto, mi piace tanto, è ad un passo da tutto, in posizione invidiabile. Mi convinco. Chiamo. Mi risponde Gennaro, ed è subito chiaro che non è un host come gli altri. Premuroso, attento, ma soprattutto rassicurante. Prenoto senza attendere oltre. E con tanta curiosità e tante aspettative. Arriva il giorno e siamo lì. La casa è impeccabile ed è tutta per noi. Mobilia ed arredamento eleganti e di gran gusto. Pulitissima e dotata di ogni confort. E siamo nel pieno della movida! Ma se la casa è perfetta, i nostri due host, Gennaro e Gianluca, lo sono ancora di più, sono due tesori: sempre disponibili, gentili, simpatici, e premurosi, ma anche discreti e mai invadenti! Ti senti coccolato! Quale host nel giorno di festa compra i cornetti per sé e pensa a portare anche le sfogliatelle per te ed i tuoi? Quale host, se citi il caffè decaffeinato, il giorno dopo te ne fa trovare una confezione? Abbiamo visto la loro passione e l'amore con cui ti ospitano. Per loro non sei un cliente, sei un amico. Ed il legame è nato di conseguenza. Abbiamo avuto anche il grande piacere di prendere un aperitivo insieme. E loro? Ci hanno sorpreso con un pensiero per ciascuno, cagnolina compresa! Eccezionali! Se la nostra è stata una vacanza splendida, in una città meravigliosa, lo dobbiamo anche a loro. Fanno la differenza. E ci teniamo a ringraziarli personalmente: Gennaro, con la sua solarità, disponibilità, generosità e simpatia; Gianluca, con il suo senso dell’umorismo, la sua profonda sensibilità e gentilezza. Torneremo di certo a trovarli, perché Napoli ti resta dentro, e sarà un grande piacere rivederli.

A Dream Stay in the Heart of Naples – Absolutely Perfect! If you’re looking for the kind of place that makes you fall in love with a city, this is it. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Genny and Gianluca have poured their hearts, love, and incredible attention to detail into this apartment. Everything was simply flawless. Every possible need had been anticipated, every corner beautifully designed, every detail thoughtfully considered. The apartment was spotless, wonderfully fragrant, comfortable, stylish, and felt more like a lovingly curated home than a rental. The balcony deserves a special mention. It became our favorite place to relax. Even during the hottest hours of the day, there was no need to hide indoors with the air conditioning. We could comfortably sit outside, enjoying the shade and breeze while watching the lively flow of people exploring Naples below. It felt like having the city’s most charming theater right at our doorstep. The location could not be better. Right in the heart of everything, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, wine bars, and authentic Neapolitan life. Yet somehow, once night falls, the apartment becomes incredibly peaceful and quiet, allowing for perfect sleep after busy days of exploring. What truly made this stay unforgettable, however, were Genny and Gianluca themselves. On our very first evening, they welcomed us with warmth, laughter, and the company of their adorable Chihuahuas, instantly putting us in a great mood and setting the tone for an amazing trip. They shared wonderful recommendations for places to visit, hidden gems, and some of their favorite wine bars, helping us experience Naples like locals rather than tourists. Throughout our stay, they were always available whenever we needed advice or assistance. They helped us with ferry tickets, organized an early morning taxi, and when the taxi company unexpectedly canceled at the last minute, Gianluca stepped in without hesitation.

Everything was perfect!!!!
