We stayed in this flat for 7 days and had a great experience overall. The location is excellent: just a 3-minute walk to a sandy beach, with both beach clubs and a public beach available. Carrefour and Auchan supermarkets are also only a few minutes away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The flat has been recently renovated. It is not luxurious or particularly stylish, but it is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The layout worked very well for us, with two separate bedrooms, a spacious living room connected to the kitchen, separate toilet and shower rooms, and a large terrace. The terrace was one of our favorite features. It was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee with a freshly baked croissant from the nearby bakery or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening. Although the apartment is close to the railway station, noise was not an issue. With the windows closed at night, we slept very well, and the two air-conditioning units kept the flat comfortable even on warm days. Overall, this apartment offers excellent value for money and is a great base for exploring the Côte d’Azur region on a budget. We would happily stay here again

Communication on the day of arrival was quite slow and there was too much delay considering that they wanted to contact us half an hour before arriving at the apartment.

Bostaden saknade egen parkering, och det var svårt att hitta lediga parkeringsplatser i området, särskilt under vad som troligen var högsäsong.

Great location, 5 mins walk from the beach! Lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartment was spotless, plenty of towels, toilet roll and dishwasher tablets provided. Great AC and TV.

No check in details provided before our arrival, we had to call the host to get them. Apartment (within the building) was a little difficult to find. No WiFi details provided, but easily resolved with a message to the host. A mirror in the 2nd bedroom and a bin in the bathroom would be useful additions. Overall, very minor problems and we would definitely stay again!
