The location and the apartment itself is great, easy to approach by car, has it's own parking spot and close to all the neccessities like shops and restaurants. We filed a complaint because of insect bites on our son (thought it was bedbug). The Marco Polo Agency instantly took action with the local bureau and organized an inspection, which concluded that the apartment is free of bedbugs. They communicated at each milestone, gave information regularly and transparently. 10/10.
