We are very satisfied with this property and we will come in the future again.

Place is perfect! We could have dog here. Apartment was clean and owner very kind, communicative. We spent time here in December- so we could heat with AC. Two bathrooms are great for six people. Also sleeping on the sofa is very comfortable for two persons. 🙏

Stairs are little bit inconvenient- we came with a lot of luggage and in the middle of the night. In the kitchen I miss a cupboard for staff from shop (pasta, cans, biscuits etc)

Perfect apartment for a stay in Medulin clean comfortable and peaceful.

Bougainvillea - The apartment was spotlessly clean, in a location that was walking distance to supermarkets restaurants and beaches. Beds were comfortable and bedding had crisp white sheets. Plenty of storage space. Lovely modern kitchen with everything you needed if you wanted to cook. Big fridge and freezer. The apartment was on the ground floor with a Quiet and comfortable outdoor area that has shade. Bathroom was clean new and the shower had great power. Toiletry’s were available to use when we stayed. Washing machine in bathroom was very convenient and there were some detergents when we stayed.

this property was set in a small apartment complex, which felt safe, private and well maintained. Literally a two minute walk to marina/ bars/restaurants etc. The owner is easy to contact and quick to answer any questions.

Everything was great, except the WiFi was very weak and cut out a lot. Spoke to the owner when it would not connect again one day and she dealt with it straight away. She had not been made aware of the weak signal and is going to put another booster in, so should not be a problem for future guests.

Tutto è perfetto! Un super appartamento, completo ed arredatissimo. C'è davvero tutto, e anche di più. Location molto silenziosa (a gennaio), qualità del sonno perfetta, pulizia impeccabile, borgo accogliente e rilassante.

Non saprei cosa scrivere. Fate solo attenzione: la stradina per arrivarci è a senso unico (Milena fornisce informazioni dettagliate via messaggio) e l'ingresso per l'auto è un po' stretto, se non è aperto il cancello d'ingresso per l'hotel adiacente.

Lijepo uređeno, blizu mora, uzak parking, HR programi nisu radili.

Apartman je prostran, lijepo uređen, kuhinja je velika i sadržavala je cijeli asortiman posuđa i pribora za jelo. Apartman ima svoj parking, ali u sezoni bi moglo biti problema zbog uskog prolaza kojim se dolazi do kuće i parkinga ispred kuće. Apartman je blizu mora. Domaćin se brzo javio na naš poziv.

Televizija nije radila na hrvatskim niti "balkanskim" programima. Zvali smo domaćina koji je došao popraviti programe, ali u 4 dana boravka nisu popravljeni niti se domaćin povratno javio da je zvao operatera televizije i probao riješiti problem. Morali smo 4 dana gledati Netflix (koji smo srećom imali). Ostavljene su nam 2 role wc papira , svom srećom je sutradan bila subota pa smo mogli kupiti ostatak. Nije bilo krpa u kuhinji, ostavljena samo jedna vrećica za smeće u apartmanu. Parking postoji, ali s velikim autom je problem ulaska jer je usko, pogotovo bi to bio problem u sezoni kad je parking hotela pun i kada ima više gostiju u ostalim apartmanima. Bili smo u apartmanu u prizemlju i skoro sve smo čuli iz apartmana iznad nas (od pomicanja stolca na dalje).

Wir haben verlängert und würden wiederkommen

Alles perfekt 🤩 eine schöne helle Wohnung mit 3 Balkonen im Obergeschoss( Magnolia). Fantastische und ruhige Lage! Freundliche und zuvorkommende Kommunikation!

Sehr subjektiv, aber: Die kühle Deckenbeleuchtung im Wohnbereich: eine oder zwei zusätzliche Lichtquellen hätten es noch gemütlicher gemacht ☺️

Verliebt in Medulin

Die Lage, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren top.

Wenn jeder einzelne Feriengast Rücksicht nehmen würde auf die anderen Feriengäste, wäre die Erholung noch besser. Leider waren nach zwei Tagen Gäste in einer der anderen beiden Wohnungen, die nachts zwischen 23 Uhr und 2 Uhr morgens unbedingt Möbel rücken mussten, so dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Aber das lag an den Gästen und nicht an den Gastgebern.

Za svaku preporuku

Apartman je lijep, sunčan, prozračan i čist. Sobe su komforne, kreveti ugodni za spavanje. Objekt je okružen zelenilom. Parking je ispred apatamana. Prednost je dva kupatila. Nalazi se u blizini šetnice. Check in i check out je bio jednostavan uz upute vlasnika.

Navigacija ne pokazuje jednosmjerne ulice pa bi bilo dobro ne koristiti je, jer ćete zalutati. Apartman se nalazi kraj hotela Minerva i lako ga je pronaći bez navigacije.

- Sehr unruhig, da Gäste ständig gewechselt haben, trotz Hauptsaison - Apartment sehr hellhörig und dunkel, da nur kleine Fenster (Anbau) - Zimmer/Bad im Anbau recht klein zu viert - Keine Haken zum Aufhängen im gesamten Apartment - Esszimmerstühle durchgesessen - Dunstabzug und Fernseher im Schlafzimmer ohne Funktion - Terrasse bei schlechtem Wetter nicht nutzbar - Zufahrt sehr eng (gerade mit größeren Autos) und einmal komplett blockiert - Parkplätze werden vom benachbarten Hotel einfach

Ein wunderschönes Apartment in perfekter Lage – ruhig, modern und sehr gemütlich.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Medulin. Die Lage ist perfekt – nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt, dennoch sehr ruhig und umgeben von viel Grün. Das Apartment ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über zwei Bäder sowie eine große Terrasse. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation verlief problemlos. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen.

Prekrasan apartman, domaćica koja stoji na usluzi i odmah odgovara na sva pitanja, molbe itd. Prije dolaska dobili smo vrlo opširne upute za dolazak sa svim bitnim informacijama od šifre za wi-fi do preporuke restauranta. Lokacija 7-8 minuta laganim hodom do plaže, a još kraće do restauranta, pekare i dućana.

Másodjára voltam ezen a szálláson. Kellemes, praktikus, minden van amire csak gondol az ember, az ott van kéznél, mintha haza mentem volna. A szállásadó rendkívül előzékeny és kedves, rugalmas. A parkolás, a tisztaság, a kialakítás, az elérhetőség minden csillagos ötös. Az elhelyezkedése is remek, kikötő, bolt, étterem közel, csendes utcában. Nincs benne kifogásolni való.
