The house has everything we needed for a one-week break. The outside space and size of the rooms was a bonus. Great barbeque!
The accommodation was well-eqipped and staff were quick to respond to any queries.
Easy, walking distance to the town.
It was advertised as two bedrooms, but one was on a mezzanine level, but this is a small detail.
The distance from beaches was slightly far, but could be accessed by a free bus, so either consider planning or renting a car.

Posizione perfetta per vicinanza al centro. Nessun rumore fastidioso, conferimento spazzatura ogni 2-3 giorni nelle vicinanze. Doccia anche fuori.Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con lavatrice e condizionatore ma tra assistenza umana ( Grazie a Maurizio) e intelligenza artificiale, ne siamo venuti a capo in breve tempo.
Lavatrice da aggiornare, il condizionatore è andato in blocco 2 volte,divano scomodo. Occorre qualche tovaglietta in più per la tavola.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich top und ideal gelegen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, sodass wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der unkomplizierte und freundliche Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber – die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Vielen Dank!
Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es für die etwas laute Treppe im Haus, die besonders zu späteren Zeiten auffallen kann. Außerdem haben wir vergeblich nach einem Korkenzieher gesucht und das Schneidebrett war leider kaputt.

Sehr gute Ausstattung, ruhige Lage,
Maurizio war super hilfsbereit
Die Dielen im oberen, eingezogenen Stockwerk haben bei jedem Schritt geknarrt. Dadurch sind die Leute im unteren Zimmer nachts aufgewacht.
Schade! Die Konstruktionsidee ist schön, die Ausführung müsste anders gelöst werden.
