Location is great.Close to town centre but far enough to avoid noise.
If I have to pick one thing: if this property was mine, I would add 2-3 pods for washing machine to basic toiletries, so we are all more sustainable. If every guest buys their own washing machine detergent, every guest leaves almost full box in the end of their stay. And this goes into trash. Not a big expense for the owner, but a very convenient thing for a client and environment.
And I would move the TV from the kitchen to the room.

Easy access to the town.
No toilet rolls provided on arrival, a bottle of water in the fridge would have been nice too.
