Nearby location. Clean and facilities including good wifi.
One shower was broken - and impossible to avoid a flood!
TV had been disconnected - fortunately one guest was an experienced tv engineer and sorted it out- left it in working order!
Quite a lot of traffic noise especially at the front of the property on Sleafird Road.
Parking was a challenge with cars on both side of all roads - very few properties with front garden space. However always found a space within 50-100m of the property - owner had warned us about this.
Beds very soft. More pillows please!

The house was clean & homely, had everything we needed, We came to Newark for a family wedding & on our long journey our outfits creased so the iron & ironing board came in very handy. The sofa was very comfy & so were the beds, also very handy having two bathrooms. The garden was also nice with furniture to sit out in.

Gorgeous, spacious house. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Excellent value for money. Great contact from the friendly hosts. Easy check in and out process. Could not fault it. Thank you
