- Posizione vicina al mare (10/15 min a piedi dalle spiagge) - Alloggio vicino a servizi di base (supermercati, farmacia, mercato civico per frutta e verdura) e al centro città - Spazi adeguati per conservare vestiti e altro - Alloggio abbastanza silenzioso, anche nei momenti di maggior traffico - Aria condizionata in soggiorno e camera da letto -Condominio accessibile per passeggini ed eventuali disabilità. No scale, solo rampe. Ascensore spazioso - Disponibilità lettino da campeggio per bambini - Host molto disponibile, risposte celeri
- Alloggio non pulito in modo adeguato (piano doccia intasato e sporco, mobili e pavimenti con peli e capelli, testa del mocio nero) - Prodotti bagno omaggio non presenti (segnalati nella descrizione ma abbiamo trovato solo del sapone per le mani allungato con dell'acqua) - È vero che non erano presenti in descrizione ma trovare dei prodotti per la pulizia sarebbe stata cosa gradita
