The apartment is a great size. There is a separate lounge and a good sized full kitchen.
The kitchen facilities were excellent. The provision of salt/oil/coffee etc was great. We really appreciated the beach umbrellas.
The outside space is also a good size..
The fans in the bedroom were really helpful at night.
Genny at the agency was absolutely brilliant. Helpful, caring and responsive.
The location is fine but not great. Parking was relatively easy to find close by and is free. Close to a number of supermarkets but too far from the beach to walk. It's quite a trek into town although we did walk it.
There are bits stops near by although we didn't use them as we had the car.
The front door lock needs replacing urgently. We arrived quite late and thought we would be sleeping in the lobby. The lock isn't just a bit tricky (as I suspect it's been considered to be for some time). It needs replacing.
The place needed a better airing before we arrived and the yard needs sweeping. Upon arrival the place felt unloved and I was feeling this was a 7 at best but as the week went on that feeling passed a little. Helped by Genny's responsiveness.The place does need a bit of care though.
If the lock was replaced this would be at least an 8
$$$$
