Salt & wave

I rented this property for five nights, staying with my wife, kids, my mother, and her friend. The place looks exactly like in the pictures - very clean, very nicely decorated, with an overall "boutique" look to it. The kitchen has everything you need for breakfast and even some light cooking ( but we don't usually cook on vacation). It even has a barbecue if you are into that sort of thing. It has one parking space in the yard, but you can also find parking spaces at the end of the street (2-3 min walk). There are plenty of towels and one change of sheets per room. It also has a washing machine, an ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner. One room upstairs has A/C, and the others have ceiling fans. For us, it was ok, but I'm not sure how well this setup works when the weather gets hotter. My 7-year-old daughter fell in love with the cats and fed them each morning. The place is located very close to the beach, between a beach bar (which I didn't stay at, but it looked ok when I visited) and the local beach, which has both options for renting sunbeds (at the cost of just buying drinks from the bar), or you can bring your own. In the close vicinity, there are two or three supermarkets which are well stocked with everything you'd need. If you need more fancy shopping or souvenirs, I would advise you to drive to Volos (~10 min drive with light traffic).

Here's a short review from my daughter, given on the day of our arrival (approximate translation from Romanian): "It doesn't have a pool, although there is plenty of space for one". On a more serious note, the neighbors tend to be quite noisy, the kids jumping in the pool and yelling till well after midnight, but I think this depends on your luck.

The place was position really close to about anything. You can walk to the beach, to the supermarket, bakery or restaurants. The house was really spatious, airy and decorated with a lot of good taste. You can find anything you need to cook if you ever want to, the bathrooms are fully equipped. We had an amazing time, the cats made us laugh and smile every morning. And the neighbors were so sweet and made us feel like family. Thank you so much for the most amazing time!

It would be great if both rooms would have air conditioning, the ventilator did a good job but if it was hotter i don t think it would have been enough.

Lovely house in a quiet location. It was well equipped and served very well for our stay near Volos.
