appartamento Casa del Sole - Free private parking

Un nell’appartamento mansardato , arredato con gusto . A 10 minuti a piedi si arriva al lago dove ci sono vari ristoranti , oppure un supermercato . Noi eravamo in moto e ci hanno messo a disposizione un garage lì in zona ( visto che una sera ha fatto un temporale )

Großzügige Wohnung im 2. OG. Sehr gut eingerichtet. Parkplatz im Hof. Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei und dadurch sehr urze Wege ins Zentrum und an den See.

Die Unterkunft liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Weltstadt Mailand und zu großen Bergen wie dem Matterhorn und dem Mont Blanc. Auch andere namhafte Städte und Berge sind nicht weit entfernt -> super für Tagesausflüge. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Luganer See und vielen Bergen -> super für Wanderungen! Es gibt Platz für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern (1 Doppelbett und 2 separate Betten im extra Zimmer). Die Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr gut. Klimaanlage in jedem Raum. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine große Couch. Bad ist auch sehr gut. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wahrheit. Mit Parkplatz auf dem Hof. Großer Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke -> Top! -> auch ein PENNY ist zu Fuß erreichbar!

Nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer Bahnverbindung -> nur 1 Gleis und die Züge fahren NICHT mit 120kmh vorbei, aber regelmäßig und man bekommt es mit. Die darunter lebenden Nachbarn sind oft recht laut und der Hund ist oft gut zu hören. Es gibt nur einen Schlüssel für die Unterkunft -> vielleicht kann das geändert werden. Es wird alles mit Gas geheizt -> der 'Erhitzer' ist gleich neben der Couch in einer Buchte. Er springt im intervall an um alles zu heizen -> natürlich auch wenn gekocht wird und warmes Wasser gebraucht wird. Lässt sich natürlich nicht ändern -> trotzdem erwähne ich es, um alles transparent zu halten. (Stand: 01.26)

A wonderful, very stylish, and thoughtfully designed apartment down to the smallest detail. Everything is incredibly convenient: comfortable mattresses and pillows, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room, and lovely views from the windows. There are even board games for children and helpful travel guides. We also found a good supply of essentials like shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, sugar, salt, coffee capsules and even some beer and Coca-Cola. The location is excellent — just a 5–10 minute walk to restaurants, a large supermarket, and the lake. There’s on-site parking for the car, and even a private garden area to relax in. The railway runs nearby, but the trains are very quiet, and the bedroom windows face the other side, so it was peaceful and comfortable.

One thing to note: the apartment is on the third floor and accessible by stairs only, which could be a consideration for some guests.
