Unit A Kaiupoho - Island Elegance: Prime Spot

הדירה לא היתה נקיה, מאוד מאובקת. מאוד מפריע שאין וילונות על הרבה חלונות שקופים ואפשר להציץ לתוך הדירה כל הזמן, גם למקלחת, גם למטבח וגם לחדר השינה ולמיטה. גם לא ניתן להחשיך א. הדירה והשמש בבוקר מעירה אותך מאוד מוקדם.

Nice and clean place. Very convenient with laundry and dryer and parking space is great!

Amazing stay at this unit, very clean, includes all necessary amenities, great front parking and easy access to a nearby beach, short drive to Kona Village, would recommend and stay here again!

Love the location - close to downtown Kona but not too close in that it felt like a neighborhood. We were able to walk to two different beaches which was fabulous. Neighborhood was lush and safe. Facilities felt new. Bed was comfortable. It was convenient to have a keypad punch rather than a key. There’s a lovely porch where we enjoyed eating breakfast outside. Water got nice and hot in the shower.

This is an apartment that definitely feels like a rental property that is cheaply made. From when we arrived before even putting anything down, there were ants in the room. It wasn’t necessarily that the owners didn’t clean - it didn’t appear dirty - but the windows won’t fully close because of how they are designed, so bugs (small) kept coming in. With those windows too, we were unable to block out noise from upstairs where there was an annoying bug zapper (however we did text the owner and she tried to get them to turn it off). Again this wouldn’t have been such a problem had we been able to truly close off the apartment. Probably would help the AC run more efficiently too! The curtains didn’t cover parts of the window and there were only three coffee pods for 2 people for three nights, as well as only two plates. No recycling bin inside and the trash can was placed in a weird location - these are all totally minor things but added to the overall feeling that this was a business property, not a home. A little bit of extra love for the place to give it some charm would’ve gone a long way!
