The apartment was excellent, equipped with all the basic necessities. Jerry was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us promptly via phone and WhatsApp. Plus, the underground parking is a huge relief, especially considering the Eilat weather.
I truly don't have any negative concerns. Just as a friendly suggestion, and not because it was essential, perhaps consider adding a microwave to the kitchen. One other thing: if the unit accommodates up to 4 people, it would be good to have 4 chairs.

הדירה חדשה - נקיה ומקסימה .
באותו לילה שהיינו הייתה אזעקה - לא ידענו איפה הממד. ציפיתי בהודעת טקסט מבעל הדירה - לא הייתה . למחרת בבוקר הייתה אזעקה - גם הפעם המארח לא חשב שהגיע הזמן להתייחס לאורחים. בצהרים הוא הואיל לענות -ולא הבין למה אני לחוצה וכועסת . השכנים גילו לנו שהממד בקומה .

קיבל אותנו בחור נחמד ואדיב מאוד ,דירה חדשה מאובזרת . חניה תת קרקעית,נוף לים ,מרפסת גדולה . בחלט מקום מומלץ.

Balcony size & View. Smooth check in & check out. The host responded quickly. Parking was made accesible easily & smoothly. Suited our basic needs.
1. There is no space for a one year old child contrary to what seems clear on booking.com (We also needed to bring our own high chair and cot) 2. There is no access to the building for shabbat observers. 3. Cleanliness not great. Stains and hair found on all towels & sheets...
