קודם נתחיל בצוות ההנהלה הנפלא, שהתנהל איתנו באופן שוטף לפני ובזמן השהיה שלנו.תמיד דאגו לנו ושאלו בכל זמן השהיה האם חסר לנו משהו.קיבלנו את הדירה שעתיים לפני הזמן.הדירה היתה נקיה,מטופחת,מאובזרת.המיקום מעולה,הכל היה נגיש לידינו.סופר שפתוח עד חצות מתחת לדירה.מרחק של 5 דקות מהמרכז והים.בקיצור,מומלץ מאוד.אני בטוח שנתראה בעתיד הקרוב.תודה לכם צוות הנהלה יקר.💝

השרותיות של צוות הניהול, זמינות גבוהה ורצון לסייע. טלביזיה בחדר השינה ובסלון. סופר מתחת לבניין.
בעיית ניקיון קשה, אבק במדפי המטבח ובארונות הבגדים, התנור היה מלוכלך, אין מגבות פנים רק גוף, המזרון מאוד לא נוח, אין קולבים בארונות, אין מלח סוכר ודברים בסיסיים. דלת הכניסה לדירה עם קודן אלקטרוני, לא ברור אם משנים את הקוד בכניסה בין דיירים , הרגשה לא בטוחה. לא מתאים לשומרים שבת, אין מעלית שבת וגם הכניסה לבניין עם קודן אלקטרוני וחיישנים. אין מנורת לילה בחדר שינה. מתקנים מאוד מינימליסטיים. אין מטליות מטבח או סמרטוט רצפה , הכל צריך לקנות לבד.
