L'appartamento è praticamente nuovo, molto grazioso e dotato di elettrodomestici nuovi. Inoltre, si trova in una posizione ventilata e si affaccia su una via molto caratteristica con edifici in stile Déco e una delle porte storiche principali della città.
Non ci sono elementi negativi.

La situació de l'apartament. L'opció de tenir pàrquing a prop.
No vam poder entrar fins les 17 hores de la tarda I un cop vam entrar, no vam poder sortir fins l'endemà al matí. El porter no anava bé. La porta d'entrada del carrer, si es tancava, bo es podia obrir des de fora. S'havia de deixar oberta per poder accedir. Es va comunicar i fins l'endemà al matí no es va resolute. Una nit perduda i sense cap mena de compensació.
