The apartment is close to many excellent cafes and dining out venues, especially the amazing and reasonably priced Japanese restaurant just a short walk away along Waterloo crescent. The bedrooms are large, have lots of storage space and the beds are really comfortable. There is also excellent sound insulation between the bedrooms. The bathroom is large and the shower is great. There is a dedicated parking space, which is essential in this area and was much appreciated. The fridge is full size and very new and all appliances are almost new and of high quality. The washer and dryer are combined in one high-quality machine.

Really noisy garbage truck 2 days out of three outside the window of one bedroom at 6:30am. Residents associated with the adjacent café were noisy every night until about 10:30pm.

Lovely location in Battery Point - so close to Salamanca and the wharfs etc. Comfortable apartment with its own driveway/ parking. Beds were comfortable.

Oven didn’t work and nor did stove top. Attempted to get help from landlord/ management but got too little too late.
