The apartment's location is close to train lines; there's also parking on the street and in a nearby public garage. The host's access instructions were clear and included specific photos. Very easy to get in the building and find the apartment.
The host communicated with us in advance that there's renovation/construction in the building, but we heard no construction noise and the renovation work did not impact our stay. It's going to be lovely when it's done, but in the meantime it's visually unexciting, and that might influence other travelers' decisions. It was no issue at all for us, though.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, großzügiges Apartment in einem historischen Viertel.
Theater, Museum, Sportstadium, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Toller Pool, der nicht zu nutzen war.

Apart from the small room and the smell the rest of the apartment was very comfortable and well equipped.
The room was smaller than what the pictures showed and the apartment had a bad smell that was perceived when you open the door.

Clean, convenient location, nice views, laundry in unit, nice gym.
Maintenance needed to come in, which they told me was planned, but that wasn’t shared with me ahead of time. No biggie, but not ideal.
