Hot tube, sauna, speaker is excellent. The house overall is fantastic and outdoors so cosy and peaceful.
In the shower water flow was to small.

It was cozy and located in a quite private area, even though grocery store wasn’t so far away.
The sink could’ve been a little bigger but I understand the need for compact design in the minivilla.

We have stayed in multiple TinyHouses, and this one had a fire-place, a very good bathroom/shower, and soon a mirror house sauna (not yet fully installed). The portable loud-speaker that we could take outside was great too.
Locking the door from was a little difficult due to a "safety lock" that was a little tricky. With the instructions given by the owner, it work after a while.

Good location, close to the road, but also quiet. Forest and sea. 5 minutes from the sea. The house is small but clean. Good bed. And all kitchen utensils. Refrigerator. Coffee machine or coffee beans. Normal internet. The hot tub is ready for use.
There is a small fire pit, grill, and dry firewood.
The area around the house was unkempt. The grass wasn't cut. The sauna hadn't been cleaned after the previous use. It seemed like the owner hadn't been there in a long time.
