Siististi remontoitu tilava asunto. Hyvä sijainti. Rauhallista. Kaunis, siisti kerrostalopiha. Autopaikka pihassa.
Asunto viidennessä kerroksessa, ei hissiä. Toisaalta portaiden kiipeäminen oli hyvää kuntojumppaa. Mikroaaltouunia ei ollut, mutta sehän on sopeutumiskysymys.
