Windermere Central

Central location , clean , modern and very comfortable.

Everything was good , we were attending a wedding so a long mirror would have been handy for the occasion but obviously not essential by any means.

For someone who does not have a vehicle, the location is ideal. It's just around the corner from a Sainsbury's Local, with a Greggs across the street, and other eateries further up the road. Given the location, the price is very nice. Being in the town center, the flat is equidistant for several paths to Lake Windermere, and a short walk to the trail head for Orest Head, as well as to the train/bus station.

The shower is a bit cramped if you are a somewhat large person (I am 6', 260 lbs), but I managed it OK. There really isn't anything that the owner can do about it, so I'm probably being a bit unfair with that critique. (My wife did not have an issue with it.)

Lovely little flat. Everything I needed for a week away.

Only problem was the early morning deliveries to businesses near by but thats to be expected and not something the owners could fo anything about.

Location was great where supermarket and bus stop were very near.

No ventilator in the kitchen No washing machine Shower room was very small.
