This house made a huge impression on us and exceeded all our expectations. From the very moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. A very kind gentleman from the staff helped us carry our luggage even though he didn’t have to — such a thoughtful gesture after a long trip, and by the way, congratulations to him on passing his driving test! Everything was perfectly clean and very modern. The hot tub was prepared and filled for us by the staff, which made the experience even more relaxing. Every request we had was handled immediately — for example, at 9:00 PM we asked for fire starters, and they arrived within three minutes. The lady we communicated with was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to fully relax. The view of the Alps is absolutely beautiful, and the location is ideal — close both to Italy and to the Kranjska Gora mountains, where you can go skiing. We also took a trip to Ljubljana during our stay. We enjoyed our time here so much that we decided to extend our stay by an extra day. Drinking coffee on the terrace was simply wonderful. The house is very well separated from others, so we rarely even saw neighbors, which gave us great privacy. Overall, it was a perfect experience at a very good price, and we highly recommend staying here.

Perfect weekend getaway - you need to experience it.

Everything. There is not a thing that is not perfect. From the bathroom to the kitchen - they have everything you need to have the most beautiful time here. I specialy love the cleaness of the whole house. The wooden house is perfect! The hot tub is the best thing eveeeer :) We will come here every year!

A perfect escape surrounded by nature

Everything was perfect! The apartment has everything you could possibly need. The location is excellent, with a peaceful environment. The hot tub is great, it just takes a bit of time for the water to heat up.

A cosy, peaceful alpine escape surrounded by incredible scenery

The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed with lots of natural wood and charm, and perfectly located for exploring Planica and Kranjska Gora. The mountain views were stunning, and it felt really peaceful and private. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making the stay feel very welcoming.

Magical and luxurious cabin stay with mountain and valley views

Bathroom immaculate, great hot shower and generous towels. Dishwasher tablets so handy. The location is quiet and stunning - just what we wanted. Interior decor very modern and lovely - especially the lighting. Kitchen was great! Bed super comfy and good storage for clothes. Loved the cushions and blankets for lounging. A very special place - we lit the outdoor fire one night under the stars. Kaja was super accommodating host.

A suggestion - maybe mention on the hot tub instructions how long you need to add to the fire - 5+ hours in our case!

Absolutely great! Very quite and peaceful, perfect for relaxation

We loved very much the nature around, the facilities (amenities) inside, how clean the place was and the outside terrace. To mention we stayed in Apartment South which has the most private back terrace out of the 3 apartments.A pleasure to drink a coffee surrounded by pine trees and sun rays

The hot tub is great but takes sooo long to heat 😁

Perfect lodge in perfect surroundings

Absolutely everything , we are travelling Italy Slovenia and Austria for 10 days and this lodge was by far the best accommodation in our travels . Location perfect , views with hot tub absol stunning, well equipped kitchen, use of ebikes if requested, apartment was clean and beds super comfy . Tv also had Netflix and all other apps available overall great stay

Super relaxing place in an amazing location

The location is amazing and the hosts were super approachable and helpful when we needed anything. Luxurious accommodation for a relaxing place to get away from it all!

The only problem we had was that there were a lot of ants in the apartment! So we just had to make sure we didn't leave any open packaging or food lying around. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Amazing long weekend stay

We had an amazing weekend in the apartment. It was very clean and everything looked new. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub. Location is great, close to town and many hiking options. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay at Ratece, definitely recommend and not to be missed🤍

This is an insanely beautiful getaway place. We were two couples and stayed at North and South houses. We loved the location, the place is sooo welcoming and everything seemed brand new. We have even asked for a possibility to have a bbq for our last night dinner and this accommodated immediately. We only wish we stayed longer and already recommended this place to a couple of friends who are planning a summer getaway. Thank you for wonderful memories and welcoming ambiance. We appreciate and loved everything about our stay.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Just a tiny recommendation to install some lights around the territory even small solar lamps will do, to enjoy the place in the evening and maybe a table for outdoor dinners/breakfast would be of a great idea.

Super cosy and relaxing stay at the cottage

The cottage was great we loved everything about it especially the hot tub it's a great addition to the stay super relaxing. The house itself was super clean and well decorated nice equipment inside for cooking and making coffee. The tv was quote large but unfortunately the WiFi was super slow most of tje time it was hard to use the Internet to load films etc that's the only downside.

Bellissimo appartamento, molto pulito e moderno. Dotato di caminetto e cucina attrezzata. Molto bello anche il contesto, silenzioso, tranquillo, rilassante. Ottimo il letto, davvero comodo. A breve distanza da Kranjska Gora e Tarvisio.

Forse l’unico appunto è sul controllo delle dotazioni: in bagno il sapone era terminato, e non c’era l’accendino per il fuoco in casa, abbiamo dovuto acquistarli. Piccoli dettagli.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder!

Wir waren Ende Mai eine Woche zum Wandern hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ratece ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der näheren Umgebung, Kranska Gora ist nur knapp 10 Minuten entfernt. In Rateče gibt es Restaurants, die fußläufig ereichbar sind, aber die gut ausgestattete Küche läd auch zum Selberkochen ein. Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas oberhalb der Landstrasse, die aber aufgrund der Bäume nicht einsehbar ist. Das Appartment ist hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet, sogar ein separater Weinkühlschrank und eine kleine Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Der Garten ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und die Terassen sind so angelegt, dass man genug Privatsphäre hat. Den Kamin haben wir nicht gebraucht, aber den Hot Tub haben wir nach den Wanderungen sehr genossen. Genug Holz ist immer vorhanden. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter und waren sicher nicht zum letzen Mal hier.
