L’appartement est très agréable, très fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. Il permet en outre d’avoir un espace de travail (si voyage mixé travail/loisir). Tout peut se faire à pied. Les relations avec le propriétaire sont très simples et très fluides.

Extremely convenient to get to a concert at the Stade de France and to get into Paris by Metro. Also very close to all key shopping amenities. Excellent communication regarding accessing the property through code pinpad access doors and a key safe. A compact kitchenette was just perfectly convenient for breakfast before heading out.
I didn’t mind that the property didn’t have air conditioning because it had a lovely balcony. Also didn’t mind that the lift was out of operation at the time of my visit but this might have been a problem for anyone with difficulty walking because the apartment is up on the third floor.

PERFECT Location to St Denis Cathedral. Good security. Good communication with host.
Lift was out of action on day of arrival.. Had to carry bags up 3 levels of stairs.
