Pictures are better than in reality, but the apartment is good in general.
Level of support once you're in trouble is good. They will answer, they will guide you even during Christmas. Very much appreciated
The location of the keybox is exceptional. Be ready to search for it for some time. The keybox is not located in the property. Prepare to search for it. We spent 2 hours. Previous guests were smoking in the apartment.

Appartement parfait... Accès aux clés compliqué... Mais j’y reviendrai sans hésiter
L’appartement était impeccable : très propre, avec une literie particulièrement confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée, les douches et toilettes sont pratiques et parfaitement entretenues. L’emplacement est idéal pour un séjour dans la région de Genève — à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la gare d’Annemasse, d’où le train permet de rejoindre le centre de Genève en une vingtaine de minutes. L’hôte était très réactif et disponible tout au long de mon séjour, mais une explication un peu plus claire de la procédure d’arrivée aurait été grandement appréciée.
Je rejoins les autres commentaires concernant la procédure d’arrivée : les instructions ne précisent pas que la boîte à clés se trouve à un autre endroit que la résidence. Sans connexion Internet, j’ai dû attendre plus d’une heure avant qu’un locataire de la résidence m’indique l’emplacement. Une courte vidéo ou quelques photos pour illustrer l’accès à la boîte à clés seraient très utiles..

très bon emplacement dommage beaucoup de travaux sur la route , pour ce qui est des clefs: les explications sont pas claire. une petite vidéo aurait été bien utile ! l'école est trop loin c'est pas top!
la cuisinière tactile ne fonctionnait pas! un petit explicatif de mise en fonction serait le bienvenu
