Nice people, nice place - good for small children

Run by a young family who live at the property. A super place for people with young children with a full garden of play thing. In the middle of the town between the sea front and the historic landmarks and shops. Very quiet, very relaxing and all the facilities you could need. For us also, over the road was a bicycle shop so we could do some needed bicycle maintenance.

I would give 11/10. There was everything you need and more. Enough space, comfortable beds, fully equiped kitchen and bathroom, privacy, parking, it felt new and clean. Location was great too, right in the center. I would definitely come back again, it was a great value for the price.

Fajnie, ale...

Plusy: Lokalizacja, Apartament bardzo czysty i świeży, dobrze wyposażony Dobry kontakt z właścicielem, Możliwe wcześniejsze zameldowanie za opłatą 50zł.

Minusy: Wszystkie hałasy z ulicy, a szczególnie imprezy sąsiadów bardzo dobrze słyszalne w apartamencie na parterze, byliśmy tam tylko jedną noc i akurat trafiliśmy na imprezowiczów hałasujących do 3 rano, Psy mile widziane, ale opłata za pobyt zwierzęcia to 100zł (obojętnie czy to jedna noc czy dłuższy pobyt).

Chcę tam wrócić

Właściciele to najmilsi i najżyczliwsi ludzie w całym Kołobrzegu. Apartament który zastaliśmy był czyściutki, pachnący i bardzo zadbany. Lokalizacja świetna – blisko np. do dworca, do Żabki i Biedronki, a na plażę spacerkiem około 10 minut. Na miejscu można też skorzystać z sauny i się zrelaksować po całym dniu. Muelle to takie miejsce do którego chce się wracać. PS: Opinie na temat internetu są nieaktualne – działa bardzo dobrze, bez żadnych problemów.

Elastyczne godziny zameldowania i wymeldowania. Wszędzie blisko, do molo 15min spacerkiem. Gospodarze bardzo mili i pomocni. Apartament czysty i zadbany. Bardzo wygodne łóżko do spania. Na zewnątrz plac zabaw dla dzieci.

A może zamiast zmywarki to piekarnik? :)

Pobyt z przyjaciółmi w Muelle

Muelle w Kołobrzegu to absolutnie wyjątkowe miejsce, w którym warto się zatrzymać! Świetna lokalizacja – około 10 minut spacerem na plażę, blisko również do innych atrakcji tego miasta. Apartament duży, przestronny, czysty, w pełni wyposażony. Bardzo dużym plusem są udostępnione dla gości ręczniki. Własciciele uprzejmi, mili, pomocni – od razu czuć, że gość jest tutaj naprawdę ważny. Zdecydowanie polecamy i chętnie wrócimy! Jedynym mankamentem jest torowisko w pobliżu obiektu, jednak właściciele oczywiście nie mają wpływu na to ☺️

Dobra lokalizacja, ok. 15 minut spacerem do głównej plaży i latarni. Tyle samo w przeciwnym kierunku do Starego Miasta. Apartament posiada wszystkie potrzebne przy krótkim pobycie udogodnienia

Małym minusem jest pobliski przejazd kolejowy, ale w nocy pociągi nas nie obudziły.

Es war rundum schön, wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Ein kleines schönes, sauberes Appartement. Alles was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt benötigt hat, war vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, wahnsinnig hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.

Leider gab es einige Probleme mit dem Internetempfang, so das wir die ersten beiden Tage Probleme hatten, Fernseherempfang zu bekommen.

Ubytování je v příjemné lokalitě blízko řeky. Dobrá dostupnost centra i vybavenost. Velmi příjemní majitelé.

Ubytování je hned u trati, která je poměrně frekventovaná a v blízkosti se v současné době opravuje ulice, takže v době našeho pobytu byl zvýšený hluk. Vybavení je místy poškozené (dveře, pohovka)

Kurze Wege zum Park und ans Meer. Die Sauna war toll sowie die Hilfsbereit der Vermieterin. Einrichtung der Wohnung ist geschmackvoll.

Spartanisch ausgestattete Küche (wenig Kochutensilien wie z.B. Teekanne, Kochlöffel). Keine Küchen- Beleuchtung zum Kochen. Stühle waren teilweise defekt. Doppelbett im sehr engen Schlafzimmer ist zu schmal für 2 Erwachsene. Wenig Möglichkeiten für Unterbringung von Kleidung. Das Außengelände bei dieser Wohnung lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein, da sich der Parkplatz direkt davor befindet. Da sich das Haus an der Bahnlinie und an einer viel befahrenen Straße befindet, ist der Lärmpegel sehr hoch (auch Nachts). Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig.
