The electricity went off every time we used the oven or grill. Because there was no toaster, we used the oven or grill every morning.
Mould in bathroom needs to be removed

Ligger väldigt bra i Lucca. Lugnt men nära allt. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter typ, 100-200 m från huset.
Kaffemaskinen var sönder.

De locatie js heel goed, je loopt zo het centrum in. Hef appartement ziet er mooi verzorgd uit
De badkamer ruikt erg muf en het water in de douche loopt niet weg waardoor je in het vuile water staat. Bij het gebruik van de bedbank is de kamer nagenoeg onbruikbaar want deze neemt teveel plek in voor de kleine ruimte. Met twee personen is het prima, met een kind erbij is het te klein. Daarbij is de slaapkamer niet van de woonkamer afgescheiden want aan de bovenkant open.
De communicatie was verre van optimaal. Er wordt gebruik gemaakt gemaakt van een chatbot/dienst waarvan je e-mails en wa berichten krijgt. Daarnaast zijn er mails en berichten en booking en berichten van een host. Dit maakt het allemaal zeer onoverzichtelijk

• A very strong sewer/damp mouldy smell came from the bathroom. The shower is nice, but the two steps to the shower and the floor become dangerously slippery. We opened the windows and the outside door to the courtyard (which had tampons and old water bottles lying in it) to air it out.
• There have been a number of reviews on Booking.com which mentioned some of the problems we encountered, particularly the bad smell. Therefore owners have known about it for some time and not done anything about it. The host texted she would be sending someone around on Sunday 5th Oct, after we had told her about the smell, but that never happened, and this lack of interest continued. • Misleading Information stated on the website: No toiletries were supplied despite being advertised on the website. When asked for toiletries were told they were not supplied.
• No tea towel to wipe the dishes. We were using bathroom towels, and although we were promised to have some delivered they did not eventuate
• The kitchen lacked wine glasses, tea-towels, kettle
• Internet research was required to find instructions for the washing machine
• There was only one drop of detergent left in the bottle. The ironing board was broken. The drying rack was found in the courtyard, completely rusted out.
• We booked eight (8) nights at this location from 4 October. So, we asked if towels could be changed, but were told that would cost us 10 Euros each!
• Bedroom: unable to close bedroom door as wardrobe in the way. Unable to access bedside drawers due to bed.
We were not advised on how to gain correct access to the apartment.
The apartment door is VERY difficult to unlock and continued to be difficult for our entire stay. It definitely needs repair or replacing.On our 5th night after a very long day out we were unable to unlock the door to gain access to our apartment. We climbed in thro a window but couldn't unlock from the inside either. The whole night was a nightmare!
