The communication from the property manager was excellent from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were seamless with the door code, and the checkout instructions were clear and concise.
Overall, we absolutely loved the space — especially the large kitchen, table and chairs to fit our large group, rooftop lounge with twinkling lights, hot tub overlooking the city, and the close proximity to downtown Nashville. The beds were comfy (more on the firm side), plenty of linens, bath and hot tub towels, and overall the home was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We also loved the $5 per person bus transportation we used throughout the weekend — it was fantastic, quick, and made getting around so easy! The last night we were there, we text them from 2nd Avenue and they were there to pick us up in 4 minutes.
There were a few items we would highly recommend addressing before welcoming new guests:
The living room could really use additional seating. For a home that accommodates that many guests, a small loveseat and four chairs isn’t quite sufficient. Adding a couch would make the space much more comfortable and functional.
The kitchen was slightly under-equipped — Although plenty of plates/cereal bowls/cups/silverware, there were only two very small cutting boards, two small pans for cooking, and only one serving bowl for meals, and the can opener did not work. Our group cooked dinner one evening and breakfast two mornings and found this challenging. I do believe if we had requested the property manager bring these items, he would've. For our group, we just made what was there work. On a postivie note-there was a great blender for margaritas and smoothies!
None of the bathrooms have hooks or towel racks for towels, toilet paper, or toiletry bags, which made it difficult to keep things organized.
The bathroom door on the main living level needs to be repaired. It does not lock or stay shut. We had to wedge a towel under the door to keep it closed while showering or using the restroom; otherwise, it would swing open directly into the living and kitchen area — which was quite awkward.
We hope this feedback is helpful and improves the experience for future guests. The property manager assured me he would get with his team to resolve the above feedback. When in Nashville again, I'll be sure to confirm if these items have been resolved and if so, most definitely stay there again. Thank you Nash Eras!

Place was nice and quiet . So much space for everyone. Clean , had everything you could ask for
More wash clothes, had plenty of towels . Was almost out of seasons when we got ready to cook( we normally take our own but forgot) so that would make it perfect because the place itself was already perfect 🤩
