Pobyt uważam za bardzo udany, że względu na idealną lokalizację. Blisko dworca Łódź Fabryczna (5minut). Transport miejski usytuowany przy samym budynku, więc z łatwością można się przemieszczać po mieście. Apartament dobrze wyposażony. Jest lodówka, zmywarka, kuchenka, sztućce, naczynia, itd. Klimatyzacja okazała się zbawienna przy upałach na dworze.

Lokalizacja i prywatność.
Jeśli ktoś wrażliwy słuchowo to przejeżdżające tuż za ścianą tramwaje dają specyficzny… klimat. Dla mnie to nawet urocze.

Ładny apartament,czytelne instrukcje,blisko Piotrkowskiej ,dobrze wyposażona kuchnia.
Niestety ogrzewanie zima tylko klimatyzacja to jakieś nieporozumienie .Przy temperaturze poniżej zera ogrzanie mieszkania jest niemożliwe ,brak jakiegokolwiek ogrzewania w łazience,nawet wysuszyć ręczników nie można
