The location was fantastic , very close to the centre of the old town. The apartment itself was stunning and incredibly well equipped , you could easily prepare a full dinner there but we ate out as the food was so good and cheap. It also had everything you could possibly need, iron board, fans , hairdryer The welcome pack of cleaning products , coffee and tea were also a nice touch. The apartmnt was spotless and the light from the floor to ceiling windows was lovely. Beautiful juliette balcony along the length of the apartment.

We were not provided with the code for access and spent sometime outside the property. We were given unhelpful information suggesting we had to validate our parking ticket at a local car park which lead to an unnecessary trip to the office. The apartment was a little cold and the beds were hard for mt taste. I suspect it may get very hot if the weather is warm as there is no air con and lots of windows. We had expected two double beds but one was only a single. We were asked to empty all bins on departure to bins on the street but could not find any (also we thought this should be done by the cleaner.

Great location, not far from the coach station and an easy 10‑minute walk to the old town of San Sebastián. Clean and well‑appointed apartment, and even though it didn’t have air conditioning and the weather was hot, it stayed reasonably cool throughout our stay.

If we had to mention one downside, the lack of air conditioning might be an issue for some guests during very hot periods.
