L'emplacement très bien face à la mer et qui est proche de Cannes, Nice, l'arrière pays Niçois. La vue mer, de Nice au cap d'Antibes Le parking très pratique en cet endroit ou se garer est hyper compliqué. Le calme de la résidence. La disponibilité et la réactivité de l'hôte.
La clim car la PAC est sur le balcon. Le lit qui n'est pas trop confortable
