Located on a high floor of the Le Baronnet building, you'll enjoy magnificent views of the marina, the sea, the Baie des Anges, and the mountains of the Nice hinterland.
The apartment has a bright living room with a lounge equipped with a flat screen TV on a pretty piece of furniture, a coffee table, and a sofa where you can relax after beautiful walks, read, or daydream comfortably installed... Sofa convertible into a real bed for 2 people 140cm x 190cm with a wooden slatted base.
To enjoy your culinary talents, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with a hob, microwave, mini oven, table top refrigerator with freezer compartment. To enjoy your delicious meals, you will have the choice between a cozy indoor dining area with a table and two bistro chairs; and a large balcony terrace with a table and two garden armchairs to enjoy the view while eating.
In the bathroom with toilet, you'll enjoy the comfort of a bathtub, a heated towel rail, a hairdryer, toothbrush holders, hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo. You'll appreciate the ample storage space, including a closet in the entrance with a hanging rail, shelves, and a compartment for brooms and a vacuum cleaner, as well as a second closet with shelves, a compartment with a washing machine, a clothes horse, an ironing board, an iron, and household products.

Free parking is available behind the marina, on Avenue de la Batterie and Avenue Jean Marchand. These avenues are in the blue zone; you will need a parking disc, which I will give you on the day of your arrival, for the period from May 1st to September 30th.
The neighborhood.
The Marina Baie des Anges offers a variety of lunch and dinner options in its marina, featuring a variety of restaurants, brasseries, and bakeries. It also has a grocery store, a newsagent, clothing and shoe stores, and boat supplies, a boat rental shop, a hairdresser, and an ATM. All of this ensures a comfortable stay at the marina.
On either side of the marina, stretch the beaches of La Batterie and La Fighière where you can enjoy various water sports, or simply go swimming.
You can also stroll along the Baie des Anges promenade.
Other sporting activities are available. You can cycle the Villeneuvoise circuit between land and sea, walk through the "Des rives du fleuve du loup" nature park, which will take you to the narrow streets of the old village of Villeneuve Loubet, or the "Vaugrenier" nature park, which features large meadows, a pond, beautiful forests, and a fitness trail.

We can't say enough good things about both property itself and Marie-Hélène, the hostess. The appartment is equipped with everything one might need on vacation. Having restricted diet, we used kitchen facilities everyday and it had the equipment we needed to cook our meals. Main feature in our opinion is the balcony that not only extends the living space but also provides amazing view of the whole bay. The location is great, in very secure building within walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, shops and train station. The hostess was quick to respond to any questions we asked her both before and during our stay. Both check-in and -out process was seemless. We would definitely come back.
