City view, comfortable bed, and a spacious area with plenty of cabinets in both the kitchen and bedroom. Good communication with the rental management company, friendly and helpful security staff in the building, with a grocery store and local restaurant conveniently located on-site. The kitchen is well-equipped with new pots, dinnerware, and cooking utensils.

The biggest drawback of the apartment itself is the windows. Unfortunately, the view is of the highway, so there's traffic at all hours of the day and night. Due to the thin and poorly sealed windows, noise is constantly audible, despite being on a high floor. Additionally, as is typical in Jakarta, air quality is low for most of the year, so well-sealed windows and an air purifier in the apartment would be a major advantage. It’s a shame the kitchen is dark. The same applies to the water quality in the building—after every shower, limescale residue is left on the glass in the shower enclosure. Unfortunately, the floors were also very dirty, making it impossible to walk around in socks without needing to discard them right afterward.
