Vayen by Kozystay - Semanggi

- very local building and area. - relatively cheap. - modern furniture. - great swimming pool and decent gym. - comfortable mattress. - good cleaning. - zero cockroaches! (at least in this floor, but I spotted them inside the elevator). - relatively high floor: 30 (considering that they skip some numbers, around 26)

- internet connection is not stable, it happens often (3-4 days over 10) that either is very slow or completely blocked, even if wifi is connected with full signal. No improvements rebooting the router. - strong smell coming from the sewers through the shower drain, very disgusting... - the bedroom face the highway, it's like sleeping on the road (and no, nothing has changed from the previous review). - this area becomes a bottle neck in rush hours, from 16.00 to 19.00 taxis need 10-15mins to reach the building and same time to get out of the area. - I did multiple reservations but they didn't want to refund "cleaning fee" even if I didn't use that service during my staying. - no decent restaurants nearby, the closest ones are at 10mins walk (and consider the huge traffic in rush hours).
