Bellagio Residence Mega Kuningan

Excellent location! The apartment is located on the 23rd floor and has spectacular city views. Down below is everything one needs, supermarket, cafes, restaurants and even a music pub. Outside the streets offer more to explore, just by walking, a whole range of restaurants at One Satrio and including the upmarket Lotte giant mall and the electronics shopping center Ambassador. The apartment is complete equipped and stocked. There was a drinking water dispenser, WIFI, kitchenette and clean sheets/towels. Navigation inside the building with its many lifts is easy and staff everywhere is very friendly. We did not use any recreational facilities, pool, gym, but it looks certainly very nice.

Everything inside the apartment is a bit old, renovation is definitely overdue. The aircon in the main bedroom did not work and emitted only hot air. We tried to use the living room aircon through the open room doors, but that one barely worked, too.

Great location adjacent Bellagio mall with a range of restaurants and a sports bar, Other malls nearby include the smart new One Satrio pedestrian street mall. Excellent pool and gym facilities. Problems with shower tray and doors were quickly resolved and a late checkout was an added bonus. Cood wifi.

The apartment is in need of a complete makeover and update which of course would be reflected in the price.

Owner is fast responding and very helpful. Location is great, good restaurants and shopping nearby. Facilities of the building complex are good (pool/gym). Shower is nicely warm. Room is nicely quiet in the night.Bed is very comfy and bedsheets are nicely clean.

Shower is leaking some water and the water is standing (not flowing properly in the drainage). Bathroom/toilet needs an upgrade. Parrly humid and moldy. General cleanliness could be better,.
