Our rooms were new, well-furnished, though different amenities sometimes in the different rooms.
The disappointing part was how communication is organised. For any issues - keycard, service package purchase, check-out - you have to wait, message someone. Many unnecessary steps and delays. And staff in any facilities doesn’t speak any English at all.
