The separate holiday home for up to four adults and a baby, renovated in 2022, is located directly on the Pfarrsee, a beautiful swimming and fishing lake, on a very well-kept and fully fenced residential property of approx. 6,000 m². There is direct access to the beach through a small gate and there are also two holiday apartments on the property. A furnished pavilion, barbecue and seating areas in the garden are available for all guests on the spacious grounds. The approx. 130 m², centrally heated, non-smoking house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with bay window and lake view (upholstered suite, armchair, seating area in the bay window, dining table, flat-screen TV), a separate kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave with grill, dining table, various small kitchen appliances), a bathroom (bath, shower, WC, hairdryer) and a guest WC. A large bedroom with lake view and access to the balcony (1 double bed, 1 cot) and a further bedroom (double bed) can be reached via the staircase. 2 parking spaces next to the house, storage facilities for bicycles, bicycles for hire on request for a fee and free W-LAN are also available.
