Picturesquely situated on a waterfront plot of approx. 650 m² on the Lychener Stadtsee, with its own lake access and a bathing platform, is the separate holiday home, newly built in 2019, with a beautiful panoramic view, which is suitable for up to 5 adults and 1 baby. Here you can swim, paddle and fish (fishing licences available from the manager). Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. The approx. 159 square metre non-smoking house is spread over two floors and is equipped with underfloor heating (on the ground floor), insect screens and electric shutters on the windows. On the ground floor there is a large, open-plan living room (lake view, terrace access, sofa bed, radio, dining table) with a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double box-spring bed, flat-screen TV, large wardrobe) and a spacious bathroom (walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, washing machine). On the upper floor (access via an open staircase) there is a further living area (upholstered furniture, sofa bed, rocking chair, flat-screen TV) with panoramic views over the lake, two bedrooms (1 x double box-spring bed 1.40 m wide, passage to the 2nd room, 1 x single bed) and a guest WC. There is also a furnished terrace, sun loungers, barbecue, car park, bicycle storage facilities, a bathing platform on the lake, cot, high chair, safe and free WiFi. For a fee: rowing boat with 4 HP motor, bicycles. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs, bed linen and towels. The rafting town of Lychen in the middle of the Uckermark Lakes Nature Park is the most attractive holiday resort in the Uckermark after Templin. The abundance of forests and lakes in the surrounding area provides all the conditions for a relaxing nature holiday. The town of Lychen is surrounded by seven lakes, providing ideal conditions for swimming, fishing and water sports, and has a well-developed tourist infrastructure with various shops, restaurants and cafés, boat and bicycle hire, raft trips, horse-drawn carriage rides, trolley rides and much more. In the high season, there are also regular festive events in the village. A motorway connection can be reached in about 60 km.
