In the summer of 2015 finished bright wooden house El Laguito is on 750 sqm large forest edge land in the immediate vicinity of the Great Kronsee with beautiful swimming area (1-2min walk through the forest). The house has a floor space of about 95 square meters. The Details: 3 bedrooms on 2 levels, 2 bathrooms, sauna, fireplace, spacious living / dining area, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, about 30 sqm wooden terrace facing southeast and southwest, TV and a library with selection of games provide cozy comfort for up to 6 people. Access to the house is via a private wooded path. There is no traffic near the house; ideal for children to romp. The forest floor around the house is due to the completion of the house still with no load; However, children may sandeln.
The beach is the most clear lake is only 50 meters. Forest paths you open up the varied landscape of Uckermark - walking, jogging or cycling you can away from the terrace here. A narrow, but well asphalted road begins just 100 meters away and is ideal for skaters or road cyclists. Schönes Haus, aber einige versteckte Kosten wie Endreinigung (nicht Optional - siehe Preisangabenverordnung für Vermieter), Strom, Handtücher und Bettwäsche die nur ganz unten unter den Kommentaren zu finden sind.
Zudem sind die Fotos sehr vorteilhaft geschossen, man ist nicht so einsam wie wir zumindest dachten.
Der größte Negativpunkt ist aber die Vertretung vor Ort die die Kurtaxe erst am letzten Tag kassierte und uns dann dafür keine Unterschrift auf der Quittung geben wollte mit der Begründung das sie ja nicht der Vermieter ist.
Eine Ausführung des Übergabe-Protokolls haben wir auch nicht bekommen. Uns wurde gesagt das wir ja bei Problemen zu ihr kommen können. Leider ist das ja nicht sinn der Sache.
Schön ist das ein Kamin da ist und auch Holz, aber leider das Anzündholz gerade alle war und unser Hinweis nur mit den Worten "dafür bin ich nicht zuständig" abgetan wurde.
Ähnliches gilt für die Sauna die eigentlich top ist, leider ist die Anleitung über in die Betriebnahme unfolständig. Die ersten Schritte wie den versteckten Hauptschalter anzuschalten fehlen. Diesen konnte ich nur ertasten und nicht sehen, trotz meiner 1,83m.
Abseits der zusätzlichen Kosten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen, aber der Anreise und Abreisetag war echt unterirdisch weil man sich über die Verwaltering und dem Drumherrum geärgert hat.
